PSG Mercato: Liverpool Reveals the Amount It Would Take to Purchase Salah with Paris SG Eyeing Hims as Mbappé Replacement

Paris Saint-Germain continues its contract extension talks with Kylian Mbappé, but the capital club does have several plans should they need to sell the 22-year-old superstar. One option reported on is the interest that the French giants would have in Liverpool FC’s Mohamed Salah.

The 28-year-old appears to be Plan A, should Mbappé depart. ESPN reports that Liverpool is unlikely to consider anything under €80-million to part ways with Salah, who’s under contract until 2023.

Furthermore, manager Jürgen Klopp doesn’t want to see any of his front three players (Salah, Sadio Mane, and Roberto Firmino) leave this summer. However, should Liverpool miss out on the UEFA Champions League next season, perhaps they could entertain an offer, especially should a club meet their asking price.

For Les Parisiens, the priority is to extend Mbappé, but the PSG leaders won’t put all their eggs in one basket, and they’d be ready to spend some of the transfer sum they’d receive from a potential depart of Mbappé.
