PSG Mercato: Italian Media Outlet Reveals the Transfer Price That Paris SG Would Have to Pay for Rodrigo De Paul

This summer, Paris Saint-Germain will want to add another midfielder to its core of Leandro Paredes and Marco Verratti. Leonardo, the capital club’s sporting director, appears to have his eyes on one player, and it’s Rodrigo De Paul.

PSG has been linked to the player in the past, but now Udinese Calcio is ready to conduct business. The Serie A club wants to cash in on their captain, who’s under contract until 2023.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport (via ESPN), the transfer fee for De Paul could cost in the region of €40-million for PSG, should Leonardo want to pursue the player. Furthermore, the French giants will face competition for the 26-year-old as AC Milan hopes to land the player.

If Milan finishes outside of UEFA Champions League football, perhaps it will be enough for De Paul to join PSG. Then there’s the close relationship the player has with Paredes, so there’s no doubt that the midfielder will be in the player’s ear about life in Paris.
