PSG Mercato: Italian Media Outlet Reports Milan’s Theo Hernandez Won’t Push for a Move Despite the Interest From Paris SG

Paris Saint-Germain is ready to make significant changes to its full-backs. The capital club appears to be closing in on a transfer for Inter Milan’s Achraf Hakimi to address the right-back issue. However, they’ve also had reported talks with AC Milan’s Theo Hernandez to upgrade its left-back position.

However, Calciomercato (via Paris Fans) reports that PSG supporters should slow down on their dreams of having a full-back partnership with Hakimi and Hernandez.

The Italian media outlet states that Hernandez doesn’t want to leave Milan. The 23-year-old wants to take advantage of the club’s return to the UEFA Champions League and won’t push for a departure. Hernandez could only leave the club if he is sacrificed for financial reasons; however, that’s not Milan’s intention at the moment.

PSG will likely need to convince Milan with an offer that allows them to be comfortable with letting Hernandez depart. Reports suggest that the defender has agreed to a contract with the French giants, but it appears as though Hernandez doesn’t plan to force Milan’s hand for a move.
