Video: Paredes Scores Incredible Free Kick From Long Distance Against Strasbourg

Leandro Paredes put the exclamation point on Paris Saint-Germain’s win over RC Strasbourg with a sublime free-kick from long distance.

In the 79th minute, Paredes stepped up and with Pablo Sarabia next to him, took the shot on himself and beat a diving Matz Sels.

Paredes is known for his powerful shot and pin-point passing accuracy, but we rarely get to see the Argentina international take a free-kick with Neymar Jr. and Angel Di Maria usually first in line.

The goal put the match away and win the victory, Paris Saint-Germain now moves within three points of Lille OSC at the top of the Ligue 1 table. Up next for PSG is a meeting with FC Bayern Munich in the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League at the Parc des Princes.
