Mauricio Pochettino is finishing 100 days as the Paris Saint-Germain manager. The capital club hired the Argentine tactician in January after they sacked manager Thomas Tuchel.
Although some welcomed the change, there have been some ups and downs to start Pochettino’s tenure. During his press conference with the media, Pochettino elaborated on thoughts after finishing 100 days as the French giants’ manager.
Nonetheless, the 49-year-old stated that he wants to meet the demands of serving as the PSG manager. Canal Supporters relayed the comments made by Pochettino.
“It’s normal that after three months the team shows this irregularity. It’s an irregularity throughout the season. The objective was to optimize the different sectors of the team to obtain the results demanded by a club like PSG,” Pochettino said.
“All the technical staff need time to work in the field and set up different things. So far, we haven’t had much of an opportunity to do this, but we continue to optimize the different sectors to get results. I am happy with these first months. Being this time inside the club, I’m happy with the structure. We have to meet the club’s goals.”
