PSG Mercato: Spanish Media Outlet Claims That Paris SG Deciding Not to Join European Super League Will Cost Them Kylian Mbappé

It was only a matter of time before the Europe Super League would intertwine with the Kylian Mbappé and Paris Saint-Germain contract extension discussions. There’s no denying that Real Madrid will use this newest tournament to leverage it on the 22-year-old to join Los Blancos

According to Spanish media outlet Cuatro (via Foot01) reports, the French giant’s decision not to join the super league and decide to remain with UEFA could cost them Mbappé. The Frenchman wants to compete in the most prestigious competitions and face the best teams.

Nonetheless, this all pure speculation on the Spanish media outlet’s part, so take it with a grain of salt. Still, there’s no denying that sooner rather than later, the Super League could play a role in Mbappé’s decision should a schedule and set dates for this tournament to occur.

Furthermore, it seems that PSG will likely take a wait-and-see approach if the capital club holds on to Mbappé; there’s no denying that the 12 clubs will need the French club.
