Neymar has played alongside some of the best players in the world over his time in Europe, including both Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe.

The Brazilian tagged along with Messi for four seasons while with Barca, which included winning multiple trophies in all competitions. And so far with Mbappe, the two have become one of Europe’s most lethal goal-scoring duos in the sport today.

In a recent interview with France Football, Neymar was asked about the two star talents and how they compare with each other. The Brazilian refused to laud one over the other but did give his appreciation to both by calling Messi his best ever teammate and commending Mbappe for his world-class speed.

“There’s no comparison,” Neymar said. “They have two very different styles of play. Messi is the best player I’ve seen, and Kylian is on his way to becoming one of the best.”

“Kylian is very fast, so I have to be focused and attentive to him all the time. But it was the same with [Andres] Iniesta, Messi or [Luis] Suarez.”

Rumors have run rampant as of late over a possible Messi to PSG free transfer move. The Argentine will become a free agent at the end of the season, and it is not yet known whether he aspires to stay on with Barca.

Thus, there could be a serious possibility that Neymar could have Mbappe to his left and Messi to his right at PSG next season.
