Marco Verratti may very well be up there in being among the most underappreciated midfielders in the world today.

Verratti may not be a regular goal-scorer or is one to rack up assists with ease. Instead, his simplistic on-ball play style makes him one of the top base midfielders in the sport.

The Italian midfielder is one to also often showcase his on-ball trickery.

Verratti simply makes it look easy.
