Video: ‘Nothing Is Impossible’ – Ronald Koeman on the Possibility of a Remontada From Barça in Champions League Clash Against PSG

After enduring a 4-1 loss at the Camp Nou, FC Barcelona is heading to the Parc des Princes, hoping a second remontada will be instore for this rivalry with Paris Saint-Germain.

On the eve of the match, Ronald Koeman spoke to the media. Canal Supporters relayed the Dutch manager’s words as he provided his thoughts on the overall matchup heading into the second-leg.

“There is always life; it depends on the scenario of the match. It also depends on our efficiency. We are a team that always creates opportunities to score. If we are efficient, nothing is impossible. We were having a good time in the first leg, but you can’t compare a 2-0 at home to a 4-1 away after losing at home,” Koeman said.

“It is much more complicated. PSG is strong and aims for the best in the Champions League. To be able to come back, you have to play a match very effectively. We will try. We always go out to win, and we hope we can give it a try.”

Koeman then went on to answer a question on whether he believes that the PSG squad has fear heading into the fixture, considering the past collapses.

“I don’t think Paris is afraid of us. His coach prepares his team in the best way. There are circumstances, and these are games that have nothing to do with it; it will be an away second leg,” Koeman said.
