PSG Midfielder Verratti Hints at Possibly Retiring at the Club

Marco Verratti provided for a bit of a hint regarding where he stands with his Paris Saint-Germain tenure.

Verratti is currently in his ninth season with PSG. Over his current run with the club, the Italian midfielder has totaled for 338 appearances in all competitions to go along with a trophy won in every possible domestic competition.

In years past, rumors often circulated over whether Verratti could decide to end his PSG career and depart for another club. But at the moment, this is not a matter that he is considering at all.

In speaking to RMC Sport, Verratti revealed his ambition to possibly retire at the club.

“Yes, I have always felt good at PSG,” Verratti said. “A lot of people tell me to find a new adventure after 10 years. I love to play with great players, I have that possibility here.”

Verratti is surely already one of the greatest talents to ever play for PSG. At this point in his career, he has plenty left in the tank to provide for the club, so the Italian could end up staying for quite a long time.
