This summer, Paris Saint-Germain will be looking to upgrade its defense. Various reports link the capital club to pursuing a defender. One player that the French giants are engaging in talks with is FC Bayern Munich defender David Alaba.

Les Parisiens is perhaps the only club showing interest in the 28-year-old that will meet the financial demands that Alaba is looking for in these contract talks. According to Calciomercato, PSG is ready to hand the Austria international a contract that will pay him €25-million per season.

Nonetheless, money isn’t putting the reigning Ligue 1 champions at the front of the line as Bild journalist Christian Falk tweeted out that Alaba has La Liga and the Premier League ahead of Ligue 1.

Alaba will likely have to decide between playing for probably one of the Spanish giants in La Liga, perhaps heading to England or cash in what will be his last contract in his prime years.
