PSG Mercato: Juventus Showing Early Interest for a Possible Sandro and Paredes Swap Move

Leandro Paredes recently revealed that he turned down a move to Inter Milan over the recent winter transfer window. The Argentine noted that his Paris Saint-Germain teammates helped convince him to remain at the club.

Now, a new Italian club has emerged as a transfer contender for Paredes. As detailed by the Italian-based outlet Tuttosport (via Le10Sport), Juventus is showing an early interest in signing Paredes over the upcoming summer transfer window.

Juventus is currently not interested in pursuing a cash-only permanent transfer move for the Argentine. Instead, the reigning Serie A champions have put some thought into offering Alex Sandro to PSG for Paredes.

Sandro has been Juventus’ go-to option at the left-back position so far this season. The Brazilian full-back sits at 23 appearances in all competitions over the ongoing campaign.

PSG currently has multiple options over at the left-back position, so it is uncertain as to the extent of the club’s interest in adding another such talent to its roster.
