Kean Ruled Out of Italy’s March International Fixtures Due to ‘Fatigue’

Moise Kean has been ruled out of the Italian national team’s upcoming three international fixtures due to fatigue, as announced by the Italian Football Federation.

Kean joined up with the Italian national team this week ahead of its upcoming 2022 World Cup qualifying fixtures. Italy is set to take on Northern Ireland, Bulgaria and Lithuania in the coming days for its opening World Cup qualifying matches.

However, Kean was evaluated and after further discussion, the Italian national team elected to remove the forward from the team’s squad list due to a fatigue-related issue.

Kean will now return to PSG where the club is slated to closely evaluate his condition over the upcoming week.

PSG will have two massive fixtures following the ongoing international break against Lille OSC in a Ligue 1 clash and against FC Bayern Munich in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League quarterfinal duel. PSG will surely aspire to see Kean fit and available for both matches.
