Kylian Mbappe’s hat-trick performance against Barcelona was arguably the greatest of his club career. And while Neymar was not there alongside him on the pitch for the match, he did watch from home as his Paris Saint-Germain counterpart shined on the biggest stage in club football.
Neymar was particularly thrilled to watch Mbappe complete the hat-trick against the Catalan giants. Even with a brace on his left leg, it did not stop him from celebrating Mbappe’s historic goal.
PSG will now look ahead to the return leg of the tie where Neymar could be available to play pending his recovery from injury.
