It took a while, but FC Barcelona was the first team in the UEFA Champions League round of 16 first leg bout against Paris Saint-Germain to record a major goal-scoring chance. However, it was Keylor Navas who came to the rescue for PSG.
In the early stages of the first half, Barcelona midfielder Pedri sent in an excellent ball over to forward Antoine Griezmann inside the penalty box. Even though the Frenchman had a clear-cut goal-scoring opportunity, Navas denied the chance from the Barca star to keep the match knotted at 0-0.
This is why PSG went out to sign Navas.
