Lost in Kylian Mbappé’s hat-trick performance against FC Barcelona in the Champions League Round of 16 was the lone goal scored by Moise Kean. Since the injury to Neymar Jr. and to have Kean and Mauro Icardi out on the pitch, manager Mauricio Pochettino move the Italy international to the wing.

It seems to be a brilliant move through two fixtures as Kean has scored in both matches since Pochettino made that decision. In his press conference with the media, Canal Supporters relayed the Argentine tactician’s comments about Kean’s performance against Barça.

“His performance does not surprise me,” Pochettino said. “If I say that surprises me, that means it was a bet. But it was not, we know the players and we know what they are capable of. We know what he is capable of and we have seen it.”
