Paris Saint-Germain manager Mauricio Pochettino has laid out a convincing case on why Kylian Mbappe should commit to the club.

Following Mbappe’s hat-trick performance against Barca, the French forward has once again climbed the ladder in being among the most coveted players in the world.

Mbappe is set to be a free agent a year following this season, which has had multiple powerhouse clubs closely watching whether he will commit to PSG or declare that it is time to leave for a new team.

Pochettino does not want his superstar forward to leave PSG anytime soon. As Pochettino detailed to the Cat Radio show Tot Costa (via Sport), the Argentine believes that Mbappe has what he needs at PSG to succeed in his career.

“We have absolute confidence that PSG can give Mbappe all the tools he needs to be happy in his sports career,” Pochettino said. “I think it is an issue that will be clarified soon.”

“We are working to ensure that he is at PSG for many years.”

Mbappe has yet to reveal on just what he plans to do regarding his future at PSG. This may all soon be resolved over the upcoming summer transfer window.
