Mauricio Pochettino tested positive for the coronavirus, which resulted in the Argentine tactician having to miss Paris Saint-Germain’s fixture against Angers SCO.
Despite the diagnosis, Pochettino seems to be in good spirits as the capital club manager shared a video on Instagram for the supporters.
“Hi everyone, as you know, I tested positive for Covid-19. I feel good. I follow the health protocol of France, under the supervision of the club’s doctors. I find myself, logically, in isolation, all alone at home. Hope I will be negative soon. I hope to find the team soon and do what I love: being involved in football,” Pochettino said.
“I will support from home, like all of us fans. Pay attention to your health. Thank you for the messages you sent me and your support. I will keep you posted.”
Furthermore, having to quarantine for the next few days won’t stop Pochettino from closely watching his squad. On Instagram, the PSG manager shared a photo where he’s sitting back and watching Les Parisiens.
