When Neymar Jr.’s former club Santos FC advanced past Boca Juniors in the Copa Libertadores semifinals, the Brazil international sent a video to Leandro Paredes, who played for Xeneizes, stating that his current Paris Saint-Germain teammate owes him a dinner.
On Saturday, Paredes had some revenge as Santos took on Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras in the Libertadores final and lost 1-0 with the Palestra scoring in injury time to come away with the victory.
Paredes uploaded a video to social media to playfully mock Neymar, who was reacting to the lone goal scored by the opposition as he saw his former club fall in defeat.
