The winter transfer window is opening up this month as teams will be able to sign players on permanent transfer or loan deals.
For Paris Saint-Germain, the club has been longed rumored to attempt to sign Inter Milan midfielder Christian Eriksen. Still, new PSG manager Mauricio Pochettino does not view this potential signing as a priority over the upcoming winter window, according to a report from the Italian-based outlet Sport Mediaset.
Pochettino reportedly does not see the need to bring in Eriksen at the moment. The Argentine manager had Eriksen for several seasons while at Tottenham.
Eriksen has been heavily linked with PSG. One report noted that the club aims to sign the Danish midfielder over the winter window. However, this was when Thomas Tuchel was the manager of the club.
Inter Milan CEO Giuseppe Marotta has publicly stated that the former Tottenham midfielder is currently on the transfer list, so if PSG wants to sign the talent, it would not have much of a difficult time doing so.
