Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Leandro Paredes has been in the rumor mill as of late regarding a possible departure from the club over the winter transfer window. But for the Argentine midfielder, he does not want to leave the club this month, according to a report from Le Parisien.
Paredes has no interest in leaving PSG, and the club’s board is reportedly beginning to share the same sentiment. The report notes that under the current questionable transfer market, PSG would have a difficult time selling players. PSG is always on the lookout to garner as much as possible from transfer deals, but the report alludes that it would be quite a task to haul in a notable return for Paredes.
The 26-year-old midfielder has been regularly linked with a move to Inter Milan, including a possible swap move that would send Christian Eriksen to PSG if completed.
Paredes will have two more years left on his contract following this season.
