Paris Saint-Germain is joining multiple other powerhouse European clubs in the interest of Brazilian prospect and Fluminense U17 forward Kayky, according to a report from Il Giornale’s Nicolo Schira.
Among the clubs also linked with the Brazilian talent are Real Madrid, Liverpool, Manchester City, and Juventus.
The report adds that Kayky is being billed as the ‘new Neymar.’
Kayky is signed with Fluminense’s youth system, and he has also featured for the Brazil national team’s U16 side.
Most notably, Kayky helped Fluminense U17 capture the 2020 Brazilian U17 Football Championship. He led the tournament with 12 goals, which included a pair of scores in the two-legged final against Athletico Paranaense where his side won by a 4-2 aggregate score.
Kayky will certainly remain on the transfer radars of many clubs as he continues to climb up the ranks in Fluminense’s youth system. It remains to be seen whether PSG will soon push to sign him.
