Paris Saint-Germain is among the multiple clubs that have been keeping an eye on Argentine and Racing Club prospect Gonzalo Sosa, according to a report from the Spanish-based outlet AS.
PSG is not alone in its interest in Sosa. Other powerhouse clubs such as Juventus, Bayern Munich, and Real Madrid have also been scouting the 15-year-old midfield prospect.
Sosa has been rising up the ranks in Racing Club’s youth system.
One of the first who took notice of Sosa was now-former Real Madrid manager Santiago Solari. The Argentine manager wrote a positive report on Sosa and even after his departure from Los Blancos, the club’s board has continued to keep a close watch on the midfield prospect.
Solari singled out Sosa because of his attributes as a passer and also for his overall style of play. The report adds that Sosa’s representatives deem him to be a “typical” player for Real Madrid.
The Argentine sure will continue to attract more interest if he continues to develop within Racing Club’s youth system.
