Navas Surpassed a Former Barcelona Defender to Become the All-Time Leader in a Unique Trophies Won Leaderboard

Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Keylor Navas added another medal to his trophy cabinet after his side’s 2-1 Trophee des Champions final win over Olympique de Marseille.

Navas has won four trophies in two seasons with PSG, which include winning Ligue 1 last season.

Navas has won 23 trophies in his career, and overall, he is now the all-time leader in European trophies won by a Concacaf player with 16. The PSG goalkeeper was in a tie with former FC Barcelona and AS Monaco defender Rafael Marquez on this leaderboard, but he now sits alone at the top spot.

The Costa Rican goalkeeper has been able to reach this number in large part due to his success while with Real Madrid. He won 12 trophies spanning five different competitions while with Real Madrid.

As mentioned, Navas has won 23 career trophies, which also ranks as the most all-time by a CONCACAF player.
