Last month, Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe made history when he scored his 100th goal for the club. With 100 career goals for PSG, this put him at a tie with Dominique Rocheteau for fifth on the club’s all-time goal-scoring list.
100 buts pour le PSG.
Un sentiment de fierté incroyable.
Un grand merci à tous mes coéquipiers, le club, mes proches et bien sûr vous les fans pour votre soutien.

Mbappe since went on to score four more goals, which brings his current total to 104 career goals for the club in just four seasons. The forward’s high goal-scoring rate has seen him surpass many PSG legends on the club’s all-time goal-scoring list. And next up is Pauleta.
The Portuguese forward scored 109 goals for PSG over five seasons. This included a 28-goal campaign over the 2005-2006 season.
Mbappe is merely six goals away from passing Pauleta, which will move him up the leaderboard to third place on the capital club’s all-time goal-scoring list.
For Mbappe, this feat could be accomplished as soon as this month. PSG will have six fixtures in January, including the Trophee des Champions final against Olympique de Marseille.
In the big picture, Mbappe has a realistic chance at surpassing Edinson Cavani’s 200 goals mark, which is currently the most goals scored by a player for the club. This will all depend on whether the French forward aspires to stay on with PSG. If so, he should not only soon own the goal-scoring record for PSG but make it one of the more unbreakable records in the club’s history.
