Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe had been under much scrutiny for his UEFA Champions League performances over the calendar year. However, he silenced those criticisms with a strong showing against Istanbul Basaksehir in PSG’s 5-1 win.
Mbappe scored two goals, logged an assist, notched a trio of goal-scoring chances created for teammates and completed a pair of dribble attempts.
Mbappe and his PSG teammates wound up clinching Champions League Group H.
