Video: ‘I Want to Win and Especially to Score’ – Former PSG Youth Product Would Like to Haunt His Ex-Club

Lille OSC is the current leader of Ligue 1 as they have a one-point ahead of Paris Saint-Germain. Both sides will meet over the weekend, with the capital club potentially taking over first place with a win.

Before the upcoming battle for first place, Les Dogues forward and former  Les Parisiens youth product Timothy Weah spoke with the media where RMC Sport relayed his words. The 20-year-old made it known that he not only wants to defeat his former club but score too.

“A very big game awaits us on Sunday. We are ahead so it will be important for us to win to show everyone that we are present, that we are there,” Weah said. “I think my father doesn’t even know we’re going to play against Paris on Sunday. But yes, he played in Paris, he has a history with the club. I also played there for five years. It’s a very important game for me. I want to win and especially to score.”
