There’s no question that if Lionel Messi decides to leave FC Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain will at least inquire to see what it will take to bring the 33-year-old to the French capital.
After publicly stating his desire to play with his former Barça teammate to ESPN, there’s no question that Neymar Jr. will push for the Argentina international to join PSG.
However, much like they were this summer, Manchester City FC could be in the mix for Messi, or perhaps the forward decides to extend his contract with Barça after much hoopla again.
Nonetheless, the capital club has a plan B in place if Messi decides to remain in Spain or head to England. According to Mundo Deportivo, PSG continues to eye Juventus FC forward Paulo Dybala.
The Spanish media outlet states that Dybala isn’t a regular starter under new manager Andrea Pirlo. This report isn’t the first time a news outlet links Dybala to Les Parisiens. CalcioMercato has reported a Dybala for Mauro Icardi swap deal in the past.
Dybala will make a nice consolation prize if Messi is out of the whelm of possibility for PSG.
