Paris Saint-Germain is heading into the much-needed Christmas break with a slight injury crisis. Manager Thomas Tuchel is currently without 10 players due to injury, including Neymar and Presnel Kimpembe.
More of a concern for Tuchel is PSG’s recent form, as his side has dropped to third place in the Ligue 1 standings. PSG could head into the mini winter break in first place, but the club will need a win against Strasbourg along with both Lille OSC and Olympique Lyonnais to drop points in their respective fixtures.

Keylor Navas is coming off of a clean sheet performance against Lille and is starting once again for his side. He has recorded seven clean sheets in league play this season.
With Kimpembe out due to a hamstring injury, Marquinhos will have to lead the team’s backline. The Brazilian defender is coming off of a grand showing against Lille.
PSG is without three midfielders due to injury, but at the least for Tuchel, both Marco Verratti and Rafinha are healthy and ready to start against Strasbourg. Rafinha has made a case to be the team’s top midfielder over the first half of the season.
With Neymar out, Kylian Mbappe and Angel Di Maria will lead PSG upfront. Di Maria has recorded four assists in league play this season.
As mentioned, a win for PSG could possibly move the side to first place in the league standings pending two other results on the matchday.
