Neymar Wins Champions League Goal of the Group Stage Honors for Solo Score Against Basaksehir

Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar provided for a grand UEFA Champions League group stage performance against Istanbul Basaksehir. PSG needed a win to clinch Champions League Group H and the Brazilian led the club to triumph with three goals, two goal-scoring chances created, and five dribbles completed.

Neymar’s first goal of the contest set the tone for the fixture. The Brazilian scored a tremendous solo outside-the-box goal to give PSG a 1-0 lead, and the club did not look back from there.

This goal from Neymar won Champions League goal of the group stage honors, which was very much well deserved for the forward.

From the nutmeg to the goal itself, it was an outstanding score from the Brazilian.

Neymar finished Champions League group stage play with six goals, which led the team. The Brazilian and his PSG side now look ahead to the much-anticipated UEFA Champions League Round of 16 clash against Catalan side FC Barcelona later this season.
