Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe has continued his quick rise to being among the best in his position.
Mbappe finished 2020 scoring 26 goals over four different competitions for PSG, which included goals in Ligue 1 and UEFA Champions League play. Mbappe fell short of the 30-goal margin, but it was still another grand year for the French forward as he scored key goals in several must-win fixtures for the club.
Overall, Mbappe’s 26 goals scored were the second-most by a U23 talent this year. Only Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland finished with more goals in the calendar year as he topped off at 33 goals scored.

Haaland also scored goals in multiple competitions this year, including a goal against PSG in the Champions League Round of 16 tie last season.
Expected these two to be regulars in top goal lists. The two are more than capable of even reaching the 50 goals per year figure, which they have not been able to hit just yet.
