For the first time in nearly three weeks, Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe made his return to competitive action on the pitch. Mbappe came off the bench during France’s UEFA Nations League group stage fixture against Sweden.
The French forward played in 32 minutes of the fixture and had a relative impact on the game. He recorded an assist, two goal-scoring chances created and two dribbles completed.
Overall, it was a major plus for PSG to see Mbappe not only recover from his hamstring injury but also play in a fixture. The forward will now be returning to PSG with the final international break of the year now complete.
