Paris Saint-Germain is looking to extend Neymar Jr. and Kylian Mbappé, with the likely being the Brazil international being the one to re-sign of the two players.
Nonetheless, both could eventually extend, but the money is on Neymar, considering not many clubs can afford his wages. Over the last few summers, the 28-year-old has had an ongoing saga with FC Barcelona about a possible return.
However, according to Diario AS, it seems Neymar doesn’t want anything to do with Barça. The Spanish media outlet states that the Catalan club’s economic and sporting direction is enough for the PSG forward to close the door on that possibility.
Neymar seems content with Les Parisiens and their project to get back to a UEFA Champions League final, but this time, they come away with the long-awaited trophy. Furthermore, PSG is likely the only club to meet the Brazilians salary demands as he will command an annual wage of €30-million.
In the end, expect Neymar to remain in Paris.
