Report: PSG Pondering Making a Push to Sign Kean on a Permanent Transfer Deal

When Paris Saint-Germain signed Moise Kean from Everton on a season-long loan deal over the recent summer transfer window, the expectation was that the forward would return to his parent club following this season. Overall, Kean has surprised many this season with his quality performances, which include key goals scored in UEFA Champions League and Ligue 1 play. As a result, PSG is now considering making a push to sign Kean away from Everton on a permanent transfer deal, according to a report from Telefoot (via Le10Sport).

Everton is keen on keeping Kean, who just joined the club from Juventus last year. Earlier this month, Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti spoke about Kean’s recent play at PSG and his anticipation of having the forward back at the club next season.

However, the report does mention that discussions are expected between the two clubs following this season regarding the future of the forward.

Kean has been a valuable goal-scoring contributor to PSG this season, and one who can be relied on in games when regular starter Mauro Icardi is not available.
