Report: Borussia Dortmund and Hertha Berlin Join PSG in Transfer Interest of Eriksen

Inter Milan midfielder Christian Eriksen may soon find his way out of the club. Still, there will likely not be a short list of suitors aiming to sign the Danish talent.

For one, Paris Saint-Germain has been linked with Eriksen since the recent summer transfer window. PSG has been reported to still be interested in signing Eriksen away from Inter, but the club may have some competition looming ahead.

The Italian-based outlet CalcioMercato reports that Bundesliga clubs Borussia Dortmund and Hertha Berlin have “courted” Eriksen in recent months for a possible transfer deal.

The report makes note of the long-rumored Leandro Paredes and Eriksen possible swap deal between PSG and Inter Milan. However, Inter is playing the waiting game as the club now prefers to offload Eriksen on a permanent transfer deal instead of a swap move. This would allow Inter to reinvest the funds garnered from such a deal to address other key areas that the club is in need of shoring up.

The Eriksen transfer saga may likely attract interest from more than just these three mentioned clubs.
