No team within Europe’s top five leagues has faced more issues with injuries this season than Paris Saint-Germain. Just since the October international break, the club has ruled out a multitude of players due to injury. Now, the club may have another injury issue with a key forward.
Moise Kean was subbed off in the second half of PSG’s Ligue 1 fixture against Stade Rennais after he appeared to take on a hit. PSG’s medical team went onto the pitch to aid Kean, but he was able to at the least walk off without any help.

Kean did not look as if he was going to be able to continue on with the remaining minutes of the fixture. Thus, manager Thomas Tuchel had to take this precautionary approach to take him off the pitch.
Fortunately for PSG, Kean did not head straight into the locker room, which is a positive sign. He instead went to the bench and did not receive immediate care from the team’s medical staff.
It will be interesting to see whether Kean did suffer a short-term injury during the fixture. If he did, the forward should be able to begin recovery from it over the upcoming international break.
