After Paris Saint-Germain fell 2-1 to Manchester United FC on matchday one of the UEFA Champions League group stage, capital club manager Thomas Tuchel and the rest of the squad face severe criticism from supporters and the media.
RMC Sport‘s newest analyst and Boavista FC defender Adil Rami was on Top of the Foot, where he discussed Neymar Jr.’s performance. The 34-year-old admitted that he wasn’t a fan of the Brazil international trying to do too much as the 28-year-old attempted to be a difference-maker.
“Personally, I go crazy! When we do it repeatedly, I crack. Regardless of the status, I go crazy,” Rami said. “I always think of the team. The answer is clear; it’s annoying. If you lose the ball several times and that it is me who pays for it behind. It is a team effort.”
🗣💬 "Je pète les plombs ! Peu importe le statut, je craque car je pense toujours collectif"
