Marco Verratti is now the longest-serving player on the Paris Saint-Germain squad, a position held by former captain Thiago Silva.
The 27-year-old midfielder is one of the fundamental pieces of Thomas Tuchel’s eleven. According to his statements on PSG TV, he has no intention of leaving PSG in the short term and feels comfortable being the team’s longest-tenured player.
