The saga between Christian Eriksen and Antonio Conte over at Inter Milan is currently one of the most talked-about storylines in Serie A this season, which clubs such as Paris Saint-Germain are likely currently following. A resolution to this matter could possibly be reached soon, as CalcioMercato.it notes that Eriksen is willing to request a transfer over the upcoming winter transfer window.
The report mentions that Eriksen is still at odds with Conte over his status with the club. At the moment, Eriksen does not have a permanent role with the team. He has made just one start in four of Inter’s Serie A fixtures this season. Unless Conte provides Eriksen with more playing time to meet his demands, the midfielder will go on and push to leave the club.
As alluded to, PSG may be following the dilemma between Eriksen and Inter. PSG was linked with Eriksen over the recent summer transfer window and could explore reopening its interest in the talent. According to a recent report from TuttoMercatoWeb, PSG is showing preliminary interest in signing Eriksen over the upcoming winter transfer window.
If Eriksen does attempt to depart from Inter, PSG sure will then have an opportunity to be among the frontrunners to sign the talent.
