Paris Saint-Germain manager Thomas Tuchel spoke with the media ahead of their matchup against Stade de Reims. One of the questions that the German manager went into detail is over his game plan.
The German manager acknowledges that Mauro Icardi isn’t in his best form, but they must remain calm over the matter. Furthermore, Tuchel talked about finally having all of their attackers available for the first time this season, which is a game-changer for the 47-year-old.
“There has been a good attitude all week. We haven’t had this opportunity to work for a long time. It’s time to continue tomorrow. I have not decided whether we will play 4-4-2 with the four offensives,” Tuchel said.
“A crisis with Mauro Icardi? I am convinced that the scorers are sensitive guys. He is having a difficult phase, but he must remain calm and work to regain his confidence. He’s had a good week, I’m confident it will come back. It’s like with Pablo Sarabia, bad times happen. You just have to work. What does it change to have Neymar and Mbappé? It changes everything! We have already found solutions without them, but they’ll both start, that’s for sure.”
