Video: PSG’s Victory Over Nice Was More an Individual Effort Than a Team One According To Schneiderlin

OGC Nice fell to Paris Saint-Germain 3-0, as the capital club won its second match in a row. Meanwhile, Les Aiglons dropped their second straight, and if you ask Morgan Schneiderlin the root for Nice’s loss, it has more to do with an individual effort, rather than a team one.

The 30-year-old spoke with the media after their loss, where he said that the individuals on the PSG squad, more than likely speaking about Kylian Mbappé and Ángel Di María, were the reason for PSG’s victory.

“When you take 3-0 at home, it’s always difficult to swallow. We are there to progress, so we must retain the positive but also the negative. We had positive things in our game. We shot more than in the previous three matches. We had more chances,” Schneiderlin said.

“We felt on the pitch that we had the opportunity to do better, we weren’t playing against a big Paris, but their individualities hurt us today. That’s what made the difference.”
