After a slow and passive opening half from both Paris Saint-Germain and RC Lens in their early season Ligue 1 encounter, the latter came out firing over the start of the second half. Lens looked more lively and active in both the attack and defense. Lens’ work eventually paid off thanks to a blunder from PSG’s goalkeeper.
In his first fixture for PSG in more than a year, goalkeeper Marcin Bulka gifted Lens a goal thanks to a major error on a pass intended for midfielder Marco Verratti. The pass was intercepted with ease to the dismay of Bulka.
