A few years ago, Dele Alli seemed like a core player for Tottenham Hotspur FC after being part of the squad that went to the UEFA Champions League final. The 24-year-old seemed like someone the English club could build around.

However, much like Spurs, Dele Alli’s career has taken a hit. Also, with José Mourinho taking over for Mauricio Pochettino, it stunted the progression of the England international’s career.

Since the hiring of the Portuguese manager, Dele Alli is struggling to rediscover his former self. The 2020-21 season isn’t starting well on for the midfielder as Mourinho left him off the squad headed to PFC Lokomotiv Plovdiv for a Europa League qualifier.

As a result, Dele Alli is looking expandable. The Telegraph is reporting that Paris Saint-Germain is one of the clubs interested in the midfielder.

Tottenham is willing to do a loan with a significant fee on the option to buy. Also, they’d like to send him to a foreign club rather than strengthening a domestic rival.
