Despite the lack of playing time and not being in the plan of manager Thomas Tuchel, Julian Draxler is in no rush to leave Paris Saint-Germain.
The 26-year-old enjoys living life in Paris with his girlfriend, Sethanie Taing, it’s why he hardly entertains any offers that will see him go. Hertha BSC was targeting Draxler to bring him back to Germany, but no deal ever materialized.
Recently, Germany’s National Team manager Joachim Löw stated that he would like to see Draxler depart from PSG, where he could play regularly with the UEFA Euro 2020 occurring next year.
As a result, there’s a new club interested in the German international. RMC Sport is reporting that Leeds United and their manager, Marcelo Bielsa, are hoping to convince Draxler to join the Premier League club.
However, it doesn’t seem as though he’s interested in exchanging Paris for Leeds. We’ll see if the English club can convince the 26-year-old and do PSG a favor.
