Report: Arsenal Wants Higher Transfer Fee From PSG for Bellerín

Paris Saint-Germain is looking to address their issues at right-back and is circling Arsenal FC’s Héctor Bellerín as a solution to the problem. The capital club has reportedly made a £25 million offer, according to The Guardian.

However, that sum won’t be enough for the English club to let go of the 25-year-old. The Daily Mail (Canal Supporters) is reporting that The Gunners will not let go of the Spain international unless there’s an offer closer to €40 million.

The ball is now back in Les Parisien’s court, and it will be up to Leonardo, the club’s sporting director, to decide whether or not he wants to come back with another offer closer to what Arsenal is demanding.

With the London-based club looking to offset some of their purchases potentially, Bellerín is an asset that can cover the expenses. They would like to acquire a significant sum to continue spending as Mikel Arteta molds the squad in his vision.
