17-year-old Xavi Simons made his long-awaited Paris Saint-Germain debut on Wednesday. In the second half of PSG’s 1-0 friendly win over Sochaux, Simons came on in place of Julian Draxler.

Simons played for the remainder of the contest and had several promising passing sequences.
Simons is currently in PSG’s youth system where he has had minutes in the U19 side. The midfielder recently took part in the UEFA Youth League where he played in five matches over the competition.
