Kingsley Coman, former Paris Saint-Germain youth product and current FC Bayern Munich winger, spoke with the media where L’Equipe relayed his comments ahead of the UEFA Champions League final.
The first question that Coman answered concerning Les Parisiens was his initial impressions on the squad. Although it’s easy to focus on their attack, the 24-year-old touched on PSG’s defending.
“They are dangerous upfront and also have a good defense, the best in this Champions League. We know it will be tough, the match will be open with a lot of goals,” said Coman.
After answering that question, of course, Coman would discuss the Ligue 1 champions’ attack, focusing on his teammate with the French National Team, Kylian Mbappé.
“I have played with him several times, so I will try to give the advice I can to my teammates. There will also be video sessions with the coach. With all this, we’ll try to stop him,” Coman said. “Kylian is an offensive player who creates a lot of things. It will be necessary to try to put it under pressure, to make sure that it touches as few balls as possible.”
