This month, France Football reported over the possible interest Cristiano Ronaldo has in joining Paris Saint-Germain to play with Neymar Jr. and Kylian Mbappé.
At first, the report came off sounding far-fetched to the football world. Then Juventus FC fell to Olympique Lyonnais in the UEFA Champions Round of 16. Soon after, another piece of news surfaced.
With PSG playing in Lisbon, Portugal, for the Champions League, Foot Mercato reported Ronaldo’s agent, Jorge Mendes, would organize a meeting with the capital club sporting director, Leonardo.
There’s more news on the Ronaldo to PSG front as Spanish sports journalist Josep Pedrerol announced on his show El Chiringuito de Jugones that Mendes is offering Ronaldo to Les Parisiens and FC Barcelona; also with a return to Real Madrid in the cards possibly.
If Ronaldo does indeed decided to leave Juve, it makes sense that his agent is talking to these clubs as they’d be the only ones to afford his wages.
