Paris Saint-Germain prospect Loic Mbe Soh could be on his way out of the club as soon as this summer, according to a report from L’Equipe (via Le10Sport).
Mbe Soh has a deal with the club that runs up until 2021. However, both sides have not made significant progress towards a contract extension. Instead of losing the talent on a free transfer next year, the club may prefer to complete a transfer deal instead.
The report mentions four teams that are relatively interested in a deal for the defender. Among them, La Liga side Cadiz is the lone interested team that will be playing first division football next season. Mallorca (La Liga 2), Middlesbrough (Championship) and Norwich (Championship) are also inquiring in a deal but will all be playing in the second division of their respective countries.
Mbe Soh is coming off of a season where he made just one appearance for PSG’s first-team. He featured in plenty of action for PSG’s U19 side, including in the UEFA Youth League.
