When his career comes to an end, Angel Di Maria will be able to look back at all of the trophies he won and goals he scored with a sense of great accomplishment and it all started on the streets of Rosario, Argentina.
The latest “From the Streets” video shared by Paris Saint-Germain on social media chronicles Di Maria’s rise from a young footballer kicking balls made from socks or tape to becoming one of the best players in the world.

Di Maria recalls helping his family deliver coal to business as a way to earn money while also training at a local football club and eventually making it to a club he still is a fan of, Rosario Central.
The Argentina international explains his positive thinking and how that has led him to great success professionally. This season, Di Maria has been one of the best players at PSG and led Ligue 1 in assists. Let’s hope that positive thinking helps PSG win its first UEFA Champions League title when the competition resumes this August.
